1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests only in the following situations:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong product
- The item delivered is significantly different from the description
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be raised within 5 days of delivery
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- The product must include original packaging, certificates, and invoice
Products that have been used, worn, energized, or altered are not eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized gemstones or jewelry
- Energized gemstones or spiritual items
- Products that have been worn or used
- Products returned without original packaging or certificates
3. Return Process
If you wish to request a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return

4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product delivered by us.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.
5. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- The refund may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.
